The Muthoot Group is looking for a Sales Intern in Alappuzha to support customer acquisition, sales activities and business development. The role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who want practical experience in sales, customer service and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in generating and following up on customer leads.
• Explain company products and services to potential customers.
• Support customer acquisition and relationship-building activities.
• Contact prospective customers through calls and direct interactions.
• Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the sales team.
• Coordinate with branch staff to provide better customer service.

Job Requirements
